All IROC employees are allowed to create a work item. Adding a work item is just one click away. Click on Create a Task button. In the dialog that appears, please enter a title and a description of the task. Make sure to include as many details as possible. This includes the software name, URL, error, screenshot (if any) etc. Please make sure to save it before you leave or exit the dialog. The work item will be assigned to an IT staff by the IT manager. Once it is assigned, depending upon its priority it will be addressed. |
