This trial will utilize TRIAD for dosimetry digital treatment data submission. TRIAD is the American College of Radiology’s (ACR) image exchange application and it is used by the RTOG. See  here  for information on installing TRIAD.

This trial allows the use of the following modalities: 3D-CRT and IMRT.

In order to complete the  3DCRT credentialing   process the following item must be completed:

• All participants are asked to complete the Facility Questionnaire.

• Irradiate the IROC Houston's thorax phantom. Please fill out the request formonline.

• Successfully complete the IGRT credentialing requirements for soft tissue alignment. Please also complete the . 

In order to complete the IMRT credentialing process the following items must be completed:

• All participants are asked to complete the Facility Questionnaire.

• Irradiate the IROC Houston's Thorax phantom. Please fill in the request form online.

•  Successfully complete the IGRT credentialing requirements for soft tissue alignment. Please also complete the .

Note:

Institutions that are credentialed to participate in other protocols requiring an Thoracic phantom irradiation might not need to repeat the phantom irradiation for credentialing for this protocol. Also, institutions that are credentialed to participate in other protocols requiring Soft Tissue IGRT credentialing might not need to repeat credentialing for this protocol.
