In order to complete the protocol compliance process the following 2 items must be completed:

• Submit to the IROC Houston the first 2 LDR brachytherapy protocol patients and the first 2 HDR brachytherapy protocol patients (all external and brachytherapy treatment plans and films).  See amended protocol for further details.

• Complete the RTOG Gynecological Brachytherapy Protocol Compliance Form for each patient.
