IROC Tech Support (Only for IROC Staff)

All IROC employees are encouraged to create a work item on our IROC Tech Support Board for technical and production support.
For IT issues like web site updates, RADS support (installation, user accounts/passwords, bugs/features/enhancements), Road Software, IROC-CORE support (installation, bugs/features/enhancements), data/excel reports from Access databases, Proton questionnaire, Facility Questionnaire, Demographics Form, CSI form, MDA Dosimetry Laboratory web site updates/forms, US Oncology site, etc. , please click on the link below and create a task for the IROC IT.
Create a task ( Please add a title and description in the fields provided and click on Save. )
IT Support Board ( To view pending tasks, status of your task and your position in the task queue. )
Phantom Board ( To submit requests to the Phantom Group, machine shop, view pending tasks, status of pending task etc. )


All employees are allowed to create a work item.

Adding a work item is just one click away. Choose the work item type from the New Work Item drop down menu. Enter a title and then save the work item. Before you can change the State from its initial default, you must save it.

The work item will be assigned to an IT staff by the IT manager. Once it is assigned, depending upon its priority it will be addressed.
