1. Select the Site ID and Trial number.
2. Click on the "Select File" or "Select Folder" Button to upload images to TRIAD.( You will see a pop-up to fill out the DDSI form)
3. Click on the checkbox to select the uploaded files and click on the "Move to Submission Queue".
4. Select the Subject ID from the dropdown, select Timepoint ID, and select Submission Type as "Credentialing".
5. Click on Submit.

You will see a green icon for a successful submission or a red icon displaying any error.
